Dark Knight Rises Run Time Revealed
The Dark Knight Rises, the conclusion to Christopher Nolan’s Batman Trilogy has been given a run time of 164 minutes and 27 seconds. Make sure you bring comfy cushions with you to the cinema or prepare to lose all feeling in your backside.
BBFC revealed the details in a posting on it’s website. The nearly three hour run time means that the film is the longest of the Nolan-era Batman films, with Batman Begins clocking in at 140 minutes and The Dark Knight hitting 153 minutes.
Also revealed was that the film will be a 12A like the previous movies in the series.
The Dark Knight Rises hits cinemas on July 20.
