Third Hunger Games Movie To Be Split Into Two Parts

Taking a bit of a leaf out of the Harry Potter and Twilight books (not literally the books), the third and final book from the Hunger Games trilogy will be split into two films ala Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 will swoop into cinemas on November 21 2014 whereas Part 2 will be available for viewing just under a year later on November 20th 2015.

Whether this is smart move to include as much book content as possible or a cunning ploy to bring in even more money is yet to be seen but it looks like this will become common film practice soon enough.
